Prospective candidates will ideally have some experience in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. They should also be able to demonstrate excellent client service skills, and the ability to think outside of the box. As a key member of the research team at RED C you will be involved in a variety of projects, utilising the latest techniques for clients across many industries, including FMCG, Telecoms, Banking, Retail, Public Sector and Media.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the research process, including proposal preparation, project design and management, analysis and delivery of key consumer insights to our blue chip client list. Initially the role will involve monitoring the progress of a research project through the various stages from commissioning, to set up, liaising with internal fieldwork departments, uncovering insight from data, to the preparation of presentation of findings and interpretation in a user-friendly presentation format for clients.

There is also an opportunity for the right candidate to develop their qualitative skills conducting and analysing depth interviews and focus groups and other approaches. Extensive training will be provided in all aspects of research and insight delivery, through on the job mentoring and a structured training module course.

You will work closely with leading brands such as Vodafone, SuperValu, Aer Lingus, Britvic, Permanent TSB, Irish Distillers, or Today FM among many others, to deliver insights and help them understand their consumers. You will also have the potential to contribute to our high profile social and political polling.

Suitable candidates will preferably have a minimum of one year’s experience either at a research agency or within a research function at a company in another sector, however those with market research training and experience at 3rd level will also be considered.
